Airtubes®
Airtubes® are colorful tubes of infinite lengths with infinite applications. Indoor or outdoors, by day or by night, they are an innovative and artistic way of decorating any space and they can even "create a space".
Airtubes® can transform an environment. Doron Gazit and AirDD's experienced installers can "draw" with the Airtubes® on a building façade, on a lake, or barren land, using the Airtubes® as a three-dimensional line with which to create giant pictures. Using scaffolds, the Airtubes® create monumental sculptures as high as 70 feet.
On a smaller scale, Airtubes® make magnificent and stunning fences and archways, for marking a path or to serve as directional lines. They can create a magical look in ballrooms and tents and uplift the look of a tradeshow. They can serve as a canopy, or they can be used to conceal unwanted views. Airtubes® are also great for stage design, and sometimes create a stage where there isn't one. White Airtubes® are perfect screening surfaces - ideal for light and projections.
Airtubes® offer an extremely long and noticeable canvas for advertising - just attach decals to them, or print on them.
We created Airtube® installations at such prestigious venues as the Los Angeles Olympic Games Grounds, the Statue of Liberty Centennial Celebration and World Expos in Lisbon, Brisbane and Seville. Some of our projects are of grand scope, like the nine 70' Airtube® towers along a mile in Dubai, or the project for Fuji Television in Japan, intertwining Airtubes® over a 25-story building.
Most Airtube® projects, however, are not quite so grand, and we create smaller scale installations for corporate events and private functions. We suggest that you "Tube-It-Yourself" if you have a small-scale project, and offer you guidance with our Airtube® Airchitecture® Kit.
The Airtubes' flexibility and light weight make it simple to work with them on a wide variety of surfaces and spaces. How? Airtubes are inflated by a quiet and powerful fan. The Airtubes® are put in place with strings that attach them to connecting points. Airtubes® can stay on display for extended periods of time, indoors - practically indefinitely.
